How long is a shockwave visit?
Shockwave can be part of a chiropractic visit, or booked on its own as a 20-minute visit.
Do you take X-rays?
X-rays are not taken at the office. If imaging is needed, Dr. Nick will refer you to a nearby imaging provider.
How do I request an appointment?
Use the SimplePractice appointment request, or call the office. The practice will confirm your appointment.
What if I’m not sure which appointment to choose?
Call the office to discuss appointment options before submitting a request.
What about fees and insurance?
Fees for each appointment type are shown when you request an appointment. Functional medicine is self-pay. For chiropractic care, the practice can submit claims if your plan includes chiropractic benefits; coverage depends on your plan.
What is the cancellation policy?
The practice policies, including cancellation terms, are shared through the patient portal when your appointment is set up.
Where should I send records or health information?
Use the practice’s patient portal, not this website, for clinical messages, health information and requested records.
